Profile Summary |
Sets which fields appear when you highlight someone in the database. This is called the Profile Summary.
![]() |
Show me | |
Note You can change the field names in the database in the Administrative part of Setup.

Display the summary using Arial --- point
This sets the font size used to display the summary information. The larger the font, the more likely it is that you'll have to scroll up and down to see everything, so smaller sizes are best. You can't change the default font from Arial. |
||
![]() |
Show the --- most recent active forecasts
This sets the number of forecasts shown in the summary, but only if you choose to include Forecasts as part of the summary information. You cannot show all forecasts as there might be hundreds. Also, inactive forecasts are ignored even if they are more recent than active ones. |
||
![]() |
Hide lines if the fields are empty
If this is ticked then a field will be ignored if it is empty in the database. This keeps the summary concise as it is limited to just the relevant information. If this is unticked then fields will be displayed regardless of whether they contain data. This is useful if you want your profile summary to always have exactly the same layout regardless of what fields have been filled in. |

Designing your Profile Summary
The information shown in the summary can be different on each machine. For example, people in the Accounts department may want to see different information to the Sales team. Fields that are above the black divider line will appear in the Summary, those below will not. Fields above the divider are shown in the order in which they appear in this list. To set which fields are displayed: |
